1961 Mercury Meteor Montcalm Convertible, Stock #ZF7243
More than likely you have never seen one of these cars before. I didn't know such a car existed until we ended up with this one. This is a 1961 Meteor Montcalm Convertible, 1 of only 424 Convertibles built, and only built and sold in Canada. Meteor was its own brand in Canada, built by Ford Motor Company. It is not a Ford or a Mercury, but the basic body is that of a Ford Galaxie. Good thing it's not a GM product or it would be sitting at my house, as I think it is super cool and looks like some wild custom you would see in an old Hot Rod Magazine circa 1962. The body is Rusty, frame looks good, but big bonus it comes with a virtually rust free Galaxie Convertible body.
Price is super cheap at only $4995 and that includes the extra convertible body.
